Joanna Rita Leblanc

JoAnna Rita LeBlanc was born October 27, 1947 to Margaret and Preston Matran in New Orleans, Louisiana. She married James E. LeBlanc of New Orleans, LA on August 21, 1965 at St. Joseph Church. They moved to California while James was in the Unites States Navy. They moved to Washington State in 1971 after he was discharged, living in Belfair for the past 47 years. JoAnna was active in Prince of Peace church in Belfair and retired from retail sales in 2008.

JoAnna owned her own business in the Kitsap Mall and also enjoyed teaching aerobic workouts at the YMCA, fishing, camping and gardening. One of their fondest memories together was an Alaskan cruise and her other favorite places to spend time were by the ocean, and at home. She enjoyed the autumn leaves in October, listening to Santana, and her pets Cisco and Gino.
