John Scott

John Patrick Scott of Lakebay, Washington died at his residence on July 4, 2004. He was 65. He was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota June 1, 1939 to Robert and Ethel (Stemhagen) Scott. He graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, Washington in 1957. He worked as a carpenter at Stragegic Weapons Facility Pacific - Subase Bangor for 10 years - retiring in 1976. He also worked as a carpenter/commercial fisherman. John enjoyed fishing, hunting, horses/BPOE (Elks) Valley City, North Dakota. John is survived by his companion of 22 years, Karen Sanders of the Lakebay, Washington family home; sons - Robert Scott of Port Orchard, Washington, Scott Scott of Vancouver, Washington; 5 grandchildren: Jeremiah Scott, Sarai Scott, Jonathan Scott, Shane Scott and Calli Scott. A Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington on Monday, July 12, 2004 at 1:00 p.m.
