John T. Flemming

John T. ''Doug'' Flemming was born in Seattle, Washington on May 30, 1929 and was taken from us suddenly on May 5, 2001. Doug was an avid outdoorsman, veteran and merchant seaman. He retired from Fort Lewis as an Operating Engineer in 1994.He was the beloved husband of Sharon, father of Wendy (Dean) and Rebecca (Jeff). He also leaves five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He leaves a brother Larry Winters and family of Williams Lake B.C. His family and friends will miss him dearly.The famly will celebrate his life on June 17, 2001 at the home that he loved.
