Joseph "Joe" Deroche Lewis Jr.

Joseph “Joe” Lewis, 80, of Port Orchard, died May 19th at Harrison Medical Center. Joe was born August 13, 1934 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Joe proudly served his country in the US Navy. On March 23, 1966 he married Shi Mae in Tokyo, Japan. She died in 1996. Survivors include a daughter Rumi Lewis, a nephew Hiroyuki Tasaki and a companion Barbara Babcock. Services will be 1:30pm Tuesday, June 2nd at Rill’s Life Tribute Center. Inurnment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery.
