Joseph Yandell

Joseph A. Yandell died October 16, 2003 at Bremerton Health and Rehab Center in Bremerton, Washington. He was 71.He was born June 20, 1932 in Fredonia, Kentucky to Thomas and Carrie (Rolston) Yandell.Joseph married Barbara (Mobley) Yandell November 9, 1957 in Olalla, Washington.He is U.S. Army Retired. He served from 1952 to 1972 attaining rank of 1st Sergeant as an Engineer Bridge Builder.Joseph also worked 13 years as a welder with Boeing Aircraft Company in Seattle. He retired in 1986.He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Mobley) Yandell, of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; son - JosephYandell, Jr. (& wife, Theda) of Kent, Washington; daughters - Bonnie Larson (& husband, Richard) of Olalla, Washington, Sally Marguette of Port Orchard, Washington; brother - Voris Yandell of Marion, Kentucky; grandchildren (3): Jason Yandell, James Marquette and Brandi Marquette.A viewing will be held 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2003 and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2003.A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2003 at Fraola Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.Memorial Donations may be made in Joseph Yandell's name to:The Fisher HouseC/O American Legion Post 30Port Orchard, Washington
