Josey Peterson

Josey Ann Peterson, 30, of Portland, Oregon died on May 28, 2004 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Josey was born on May 12, 1974 in Bremerton, Washington to Randall and Marion (Breiland) Peterson. She graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1992 and studied at Lutheran Bible Institute in Issaquah, Washington. Josey worked as a co-manager of Blue Moon Camera and Machine in Portland, Oregon. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Photography, animals and hiking were other favorite pastimes. Survivors include her parents of Port Orchard, Washington; Sister, Jamey Peterson of Port Orchard; Maternal Grandmother, Anna Breiland; and Paternal Grandmother, Doris Peterson. Viewing will be held Friday, June 4, 2004 from 10 am until 5 pm at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard and prior to the service on Sunday June 6, 2004 at First Lutheran Church. Funeral Services will be held at First Lutheran Church in Port Orchard, Washington on Sunday June 6, 2004 at 3:00 PM., with burial to follow at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard.
