Juanita Lively of Port Orchard, Washington died peacefully August 4, 2004 at her residence following a bout with cancer. She was 61. She was born August 5, 1942 in Huntington, West Virginia to Donald and Dollie (Johnson) Turner. Juanita married Neil H. Lively October 22, 1960 in Huntington, West Virginia. She graduated from Waipahu Community High School in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1976. Juanita was a homemaker. She was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles #2338 through all chairs of Ladies Ayxiliary, FOE Past President Ladies Auxiliary; assisted with fund raising projects including Statue of Liberty Restoration; and, helped raise her grandchildren. Juanita was a member of First Lutheran Church of Port Orchard, Washington. She is survived by husband - Neil H. Lively of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; sons - Neil Lively, Earl R. Lively - both of Port Orchard, Washington; daughters - Tina M. Lively (& husband, Harold Soete) of Port Orchard, Elison (Juanita Lynn) Cook (& husband, Dean) of LaCenter, Washington, Helenia G. Lively of Port Orchard; brothers - Donald Lee Turner (& wife, Verda) of Texas, Charles Turner (& wife, Faye) of West Virginia; sisters - Helen Eves (& husband, Larry) of Ohio, Janice Panganiban (& husband, Ted) of Port Orchard, Washington; ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents - Donald and Dollie (Johnson) Turner. A funeral service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on Monday, August 9, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard, Washington on Monday, August 9, 2004.
