On March 16, 2012, Jutta E. Ebel, born in Alfeld/Leine, Germany, 88 years ago, passed away in the loving arms of Gerhild and Megan Ebel, and Darryl and Debi Lindsley. You will never be forgotten, for you will always be in our hearts! She came across the ocean on a two week voyage. Traveling across Canada by train, with two small children, not speaking any English, settling in Regina, Canada. Later on she moved to Port Orchard, after a short stay in Hawaii, getting to know everyone along the way. She loved gardening on her acre of land, baking all types of cakes and breads, sewing all her clothing, as well as her collection of over 500 Orchids, even winning an Orchid named after her. She's now back with Fritzchen, her grey cat who showered with her every day. She leaves behind dearest friends Ursula Leon-Guerrero, Linda and Seth Posey, Viola Mathers and Josey Lee. Thank you to all her friends and doctors who looked after her so well. She leaves 4 children, 6 grandchildren. There will be no service and no flowers please.
