Kathleen Lillian Schippmann

Kathleen 'Kay' Lillian Schippmann, 61, died at her home in Port Orchard, Washington on September 17, 1999.  She was born in Port Angeles, Washington on August 27, 1938 to Roy E. & Lillian E. (Jagger) Pike.  She was raised in Port Angeles and graduated from Port Angeles High School in 1956.  Kathleen married Douglas R. Schippmann on March 31, 1956 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.Mrs. Schippmann worked for Pro Rentals for 10 years from 1988 to 1998.  Previous employers include ABC Rentals in Bremerton, Director of Chuckwagon Nutrition Center, and working for an advertising agency in San Diego, California.  She was a member of Port Orchard Order of Eastern Star #44 - serving as past Worthy Matron of Port Orchard Chapter and Past Deputy, Order of Eastern Star, State of Washington.  Kay also belonged to the West Sound Quilters Guild.A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 1999 at 2:00PM at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard.  Memorial donations may be made to Adventist Community Services, 5000 Bethel Road, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
