Kenneth Laur

Kenneth James Laur died November 22, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. He was 43. He was born January 26, 1960 in Okinawa, Japan to Neal and Mitsuko (Akamine) Laur. Kenneth married Kimberly (Runge) Laur July 24, 1982 in Olympia, Wasington. He worked at Les Schwab/Shaub-Ellison Tire Stores (the last 14 years at the store in Bremerton on 6th Avenue). He worked there since 1988. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Kimberly Laur, of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; his parents - Neal and Mitsuko Laur of Olympia, Washington; sons - Matthew James Laur (freshman at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington), Thomas Ryan Laur of Port Orchard, Washington; brother - Dave Laur of Olympia, Washington; sister - Suzi Campbell of Olympia, Washington; 3 nieces and 3 nephews. Visitation will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, Washington on Tuesday, November 25, 2003 from 12 noon through 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center on Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment will be held at Sunset Lane Memorial Park, also in Port Orchard, Washington.
