Kenneth “Mac” L. McEdwards was born August 28, 1938 in Yakima, WA to Norman and Veta McEdward. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Terry and seven children Kenny (Julie), Cari, Lorrie (Eric), Shamra (Rick), Corey, Shawn (Ron), Tay and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ken “Mac” worked as a rigger at PSNS in Bremerton, WA for many years. He was well known by co-workers for his sense of humor and always ready to tell a joke. Prior, he worked as a logger in Forks, WA and served in the US Army as a young man. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gathering with family. He also loved playing Santa during the holidays at several local organizations, for his grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He enjoyed reminiscing about his military service, tours of duty in Europe, and playing in a band with his buddies. Ken will be honored at graveside services at Sunset Lane Cemetery at 2pm on Friday, September 23, 2022. Public viewing will be held prior to these services at Rill Chapel from 11am-2pm.
