Kenneth True

Kenneth W. True, 71, of Silverdale, Wa., died April 30, 1999 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Wa.Mr. True was born April 24, 1928 in Tunnellton, Indiana to Alvin & Ora (Baugh) True and raised in Lawrence County, Indiana.  In 1946 he enlisted in the U.S. Navy.In 1951 he married Sharon Patrick in Planfield, Indiana.  Mr. True was an Asbestos worker for Local #18 in Indianapolis for over 40 years.  He retired in 1986.He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and camping and was a member of the Franklin Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife Sharon True of Silverdale, Wa., a son, Richard True of Port Orchard, Wa., Brothers-Richard C. True of Newcastle, Ind., Donald E. True of Bedford, Ind., a half brother - Fred True of Mitchell, Ind., a sister - Wanda Rawnsley of Plainfield, Ind., a half sister - Linda Kelley of Elletsville, Ind., and 3 Grandchildren- Shawna, Sara and Caitlin True all of Port Orchard.Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 5, 1999 at Rill Chapel.   Interment will be Private at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Wa.
