Kenneth William Fee died June 5, 2003 at the Port Orchard Care Center in Port Orchard, Washington. He was 77.He was born January 7, 1926 in Conway, Iowa to Fred W. and Ellen Mae (Miner) Fee.He married Pearl Ann (Green-Barnes) Fee May 23, 1995 in Las Vega, Nevada.Kenneth graduated in 1946 in Conway, Iowa.He served in the Army Air Corps from 1943 to 1945. He attained the rank of Corporal.Kenneth worked as Manager of the paint department at Rockwell International Aircraft Company in Downey, California. He was involved with painting the Apollo and Columbia space crafts. Kenneth worked 30 years - retiring in 1984.He enjoyed bowling, camping and traveling with the R.V. He was a member of Port Orchard Eagles and the American Legion.Kenneth is survived by his wife, Pearl Ann (Green-Barnes) Fee of the Port Orchard, Washington family home; step-sons - Kenneth Collins (& wife, Maureen) of Sandy, Oregon, Marvin Collins of Belfair, Washington; daughters - Donna Reid (& husband, Karl) of Port Orchard, Washington, Lynn Fee of Kent, Washington; stepdaughter - Nancy Brooks (& husband, Fred) of Port Orchard, Washington; brother - Wayne Fee of North Las Vegas, Nevada; sister - Winafred Prouty of Nashua, Iowa; several neices & nephews; four grandchildren: Shawn Reid of Tacoma, Dawn Reid of Port Orchard, Derek Reid of Olympia and Kara Reid of Port Orchard; 4 step-grandchildren: Kate and Eric Brooks, Felicia and Cynthia Collins; 2 great-grandchildren: David and Brittany Law. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris Catherine (Hume) Fee in 1993 (married for 43 years).A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 12, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. at the Harper Evangelical Free Church located at Sedgwick & Wilson Creek Road in Port Orchard, Washington.Memorial Donations may be made to:American Cancer SocietyKitsap UnitP.O.
