Lari Pyron

Lari Lynn Pyron of Port Orchard, Washington died November 6, 2004 at her home following a long battle with cancer. She was 53. She was born May 10, 1951 in Coalinga, California to Ralph and Velma (Dawkins) Pyron. Lari graduated from Fullerton High School in Fullerton, California in 1969. She was a letter carrier with the United States Postal Service for 33 years; and, operated the Post Office at Retsil. Lari retired October 2003. Lari enjoyed traveling and collecting antiques, really enjoyed her trips to "Clearwater". She was a Christian. Lari is survived by her parents - Ralph and Velma (Dawkins) Pyron of their Port Orchard, Washington family home; sisters - Linda Gunion (& husband Darold) of Bremerton, Washington, Sandra Shrieves of Port Orchard, Washington; 6 nieces and nephews (Greg "Punkin" Gunion, Tom "Duty" Gunion, Amy "Weezer" Gunion, Tracy "Little" Shrieves, Jennifer "Spooker" Shrieves; great niece Emily Rave. A Memorial Service will be held at the Washington Veteran's Home at Retsil on Sunday, November 21, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial Donations may be made to: Hospice of Kitsap County P.O.
