Laurentine Wright

Laurentine B. Wright, 85, of Port Orchard, Washington, died July 6, 2001, at Ridgemont Terrace in Port Orchard.Laurentine was born December 12, 1915, in Santa Clara, California, to Fernando and Mary (Cunha) Sereano. She graduated from Santa Clara High School in 1932.In August of 1945, Laurentine married Raymond William Wright in Carson City, Nevada. He preceded her in death in 1976.Laurentine worked as a bookkeeper for Firestone Tire in San Jose, California, during WWII. She then spent the rest of her life enjoying time with her family as a homemaker. Her number one priority in her life has always been her family.While in Port Orchard, she was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, but also spent time at Holy Family Catholic Church in San Jose when she resided there.Laurentine is survived by three sons, Tommy Boskovich, of Eatonville, WA; Raymond Wright, of Pullman, WA; and J.W. ''Buck'' Wright, of Genesee, ID; three daughters, Tammy Barnett, of San Jose, CA; Mary Wright, of Port Orchard, WA; and Joan Mann, of Camano Island, WA; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Wright in 1975; a brother, Danabe Sereano; and a sister, Laura Cavelli in 2000.Services will be Tuesday, July 10, 2001, 1PM, at Lima Family Mortuary in Santa Clara, CA, with interment following at Mission Cemetery also in Santa Clara.
