Lawrence W. Cleveland, 75 of Red Bluff, California died in Port Orchard, Washington on February 14, 2000. He was born July 8, 1924 in Bremerton, Washington to William G. & Arvella (Swan) Cleveland. Lawrence was raised and educated in Bremerton.Mr. Cleveland worked as a Truck Driver for 15 years, retiring in 1962. He was previously employed as a Surveyor in Oregon. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II from 1943 to 1946 as a Welder in the Pacific Theater.Surviving are his son William Cleveland of Bremerton, Washington; daughters Cynthia Russell of Tacoma, Washington, Lee Cleveland of Bremerton, Dinah Cleveland of Bremerton; sisters Florence Johnson of Seabeck, Washington and Bonnie Arno of Bremerton; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.There are no services planned at this time.
