Leslie ''Les'' ''Cracker'' H. Cote, 63, of Port Orchard, WA, died October 27, 2001, at Ridgemont Terrace in Port Orchard.Les was born January 31, 1938, in Huntington, OR, to George E. and Luella E. (Wagar) Cote. He entered the United States Airforce in 1960 serving as an Airman 1st Class until being honorably discharged in 1965. Les then worked as a Sheet Metal Worker at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA, retiring in 1993.Les was a lifetime member of the VFW and enjoyed playing golf. After retirement, he traveled with his long time companion Harry White throughout the United States and Mexico.Survivors include his brother, Wes Cote, of Port Orchard, WA; sister, Peggy Gray, of Silverdale, WA; and long time companion, Harry White, of Port Orchard.
