Lillie Olsen

Lillie K. Olsen, age 79, died Feb. 23, 2000 in Poulsbo, WA.  She was born May 28, 1920 in Dallas, OR to Peter and Helena (Quiring) Wall.  She was raised in Dallas, OR., and graduated from Dallas High School in 1938.She moved to Port Orchard, WA in 1946 to work at a rest home.  She was a resident of Port Orchard from 1946 until 1997.  She was a member of the Cootiette Club, Mystery Book Club and was a Jehovah Witness.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband before his death.  Mrs. Olsen was also an avid reader.She married Floyd Olsen in Port Orchard, WA on Jan. 12, 1946.    She is survived by her daughter Nancy Gibson of Poulsbo, WA., grandchildren Donald Gibson of Everett, WA., Edward Gibson of Puyallup, WA., Raymond Gibson of Port Orchard, WA., and 9 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd in 1985, and son Fred Olsen in 1974.  Graveside services will be held at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, WA., Monday, Feb. 28, 2000 at 1:00 p.m.
