Lindsey Ann McLean, 19, of Port Orchard died Monday at her home after a long battle with melanoma.
She was born in Seattle to Darrell "Mac" and Michelle (Moran) McLean. She graduated from Explorer Academy in Port Orchard in 2003.
An accomplished artist, her favorite medium was pencil. She enjoyed drawing South Pacific scenes, especially palm trees and beaches.
She was affiliated with the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her parents; two sisters, Kelsey McLean, a senior at the University of Washington, and Kerry McLean a student at Sedgwick Junior High School; her grandparents Robert and Phyllis Moran of Renton and Robert and Kaye McLean of Essexville, Mich., and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be at 5p.m. Friday, June 4, 2004 at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
