Lloyd "Dutch" Davis, 75, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on October 30, 2008. He was born June 29, 1933 in Gig Harbor. Dutch lived around the Kitsap area all of his life. He served in the Army from 1953-1955. He then became a Brick Mason and owned & operated Davis Masonry for a number of years. From there Dutch got his Real Estate License and became a broker. He then built, owned and operated Port Orchard Mini Storage. Dutch enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating and spending time with family & friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen Davis. Survivors include his wife Chris Davis of Port Orchard; daughters Denise Davis of Longview, Michelle Davis of Seattle, & Dianne (Steve) Davis Gates of Port Angeles; 6 grandchildren, Justin LaPointe, Nicole Flanery, Brandon Mickelson, Stephene Mickelson & Dakota Gates; 3 great-grandaughters Hailee & Hannah Flanery & Natalie Martinez; brother John Davis; and sister Beverly Call. A Memorial of his life will be held at 2:00 pm on November 15, 2008 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
