Lorin Vaughn

Lorin Vaughn, 44 a resident of Port Orchard, died at his home on Monday, November 24, 2008 of brain cancer. He was born November 24, 1964 in Riverside, CA to Billy Ray and Leona Rose (Koss) Vaughn.    He attended Moorpark HS in CA, graduating in 1983 and worked as a Security Guard in Victorville, CA for 3 years and Construction Laborer in various places for 15 years. Lorin married Meredith Brooke Donohue January 26, 2002 in Lafayette, CA.      He was a member of the Manchester Community Church and working as a handyman, doing yard work and spending time with his wife and family. He loved his 14 year old dog, Alex. He was preceded in death by his brother William in 2006.    He is survived by his loving wife Meredith; sisters Deby Long (Jim); Trudy Guza (VInce), Susan Ayala (Greg) and twin Lisa Banks (Ken); brother Tim Vaughn (Mindy) of Henderson, NV; 24 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and great-nephews.     Memorial Service will be at Manchester Community Church at 1:00 pm on December 13, 2008.
