Lorraine Dorothy Reece

Lorraine Reece, 90, formerly of Port Orchard, died at her home in California on October 17, 2013. She was born April 18, 1923 in Tacoma to Paul & Irene Lindberg. She married Carl Reece on July 24, 1942 and he preceded her in death on April 30, 2008.

Lorraine was a homemaker and also worked for Orchard Heights Elementary School. She was a member of First Christian Church in Port Orchard and was very active. She worked with many charities in her community and enjoyed bowling, swimming, playing golf and traveling.

She is survived by children Gary (Letty) of El Cajon, CA, Eric (Joyce) of Grapeview, WA, Sherry of Bremerton, and Mickey (Donna) of Kelso, WA; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service will take place in California and Saturday, November 16, 2013 2pm at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Memorial contributions to Hospice or charity of your choice.
