Lorraine Jacqueline Smith, 56 of Port Orchard, died at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, WA on March 17, 2013. She was born May 22, 1956 in London, England to Frank & Amy (Chaney) Ganner. She married Anthony A. Smith on December 1, 1976.
Lorraine worked a s a Custodian at Tacoma College for 3 Years. She also worked as a housekeeper and nurses aide. She loved to bowl, swim, travel and play Bingo. She took care of her dog “Butchbaby” and cats “Mama”, “Stumpy”, “Oscar”, and “Chief”. She enjoyed watching Mariner baseball and basketball. She was raised catholic.
Surviving are husband Anthony; brothers Kevin Long of Milton Keynes, UK & Christopher Long of Huntingdon, UK; brother-in-law Kenneth Graham of Miami, FL; sisters Susan (Darryl) Sauders & Sharon Banks, both of Huntingdon, UK; nieces Dionne Wilks, Ronnie Long, Dionne Bank, All of Huntingdon, UK; nephews Anthony Ganner of St. Neots Cambs, UK, Marcs Bank of Huntingdon, UK, Kirk Banks of Huntingdon Cambs, UK & Christopher Long. Extended family Terry Wilford, Erick Kinnick, Karen & Barney Kinnick of Spokane, WA, Judy Pryor of Airway Height, WA, Julia Phemister of St. Neots, UK, Gwyneth Davies of Huntingdon, UK and Steward & Tony McLean. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dennis Long & mother-in-law Bessie Graham.
Visitation Friday, March 29, 2013 from Noon to 3 pm at Rill’s Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
