Louis Landis

Louis Alvin Landis, 72 of Lake Stevens, Washington died in Port Orchard, Washington on March 31, 2007. He was born on August 7, 1934 in Whiteson, Oregon to Fred Eugene & Sophia (Roth) Landis. He graduated from Tillamook High School in Tillamook, Oregon in 1952. Louis was a self-employed Truck Driver for more than 35 years, retiring in 2002. He drove long haul with perishable products - logging over 4 million miles. He was also a Service Writer for S&B Trucking in Kent, Washington. Louis enjoyed traveling in the family's motorhome, camp fires, cutting and splitting fire wood, and playing golf. He loved to talk, tease & ponder. He was a great guy who had a wonderful heart and enjoyed close fellowship with many friends across the United States. He was a member of Tillamook Pioneer Association in Tillamook, Oregon.
