Lulu Anderson

Lulu Lena Anderson passed away Tuesday, July 19, in her home at Federal Way. She was born in Gresham, Nebraska on November 12, 1916 to Johann Karl Rudolph and Ellen [Dey] Peterson, and was preceded in death by her husband Carl John Anderson, brothers Ralph, Lloyd, Lewis, and William, and an infant sister Ester, her daughter-in-law Gloria Anderson, and grandson John H. Anderson.  She is survived by her sister Ruth (Ron) Chitwood of Lebonon, Oregon, four children, Kenneth of Port Orchard, Robert (Kathy) of Hobart, Ruth Richardson, and Arda (Robert) Wetzler, both of Federal Way, her 7 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren.  She was a loved member of Bethany Lutheran Church for many years and services will be held there at 3 o’clock on Sunday, July 24. Interment will be in Sunset Lane Cemetery, Port Orchard, at 11 am Monday, July 25.
