Maebelle Fitzpatrick

MaeBelle E. Fitzpatrick, 91, died at her home in Port Orchard, Washington on December 9, 1999.  She was born on November 19, 1908 in Daggett, Michigan to Eric & Selma (Bergstrom) Carlson.  She was a 1926 graduate of Kingsford High School in Iron Mountain, Michigan and graduated from Upper Peninsula School of Nursing in Marquette, Michigan in 1952.  MaeBelle married William Ross Fitzpatrick on February 18, 1928 in Toledo, Ohio.  He preceded her in death in 1988.Mrs. Fitzpatrick retired in the 1960's after 12 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Tacoma General Hospital, Tacoma, Washington.  She was a member of the Burley Glenwood Baptist Church in Port Orchard, Washington.Surviving are her son William (Dori) Fitzpatrick of Balibago, Philippines; daughters Marilyn (Richard) Hofferber of Lakewood, Washington and Gail Allison of Port Orchard, Washington; brother Walter Carlson of Howell, Michigan; grandchildren Robert Eakes, Patrick Eakes, Michael Allison, Ross Fitzpatrick, Mollie, Melinda, Melonie, Judyann & Diana Fitzpatrick; and 4 great-grandchildren.Funeral Service at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard on Tuesday, December 14, 1999 at 11:00 am with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.  Memorial Donations to Hospice of Kitsap County, P.
