Marc B. Kolma of Port Orchard, Washington died January 20, 2004 at his home. He was 69. He was born June 19, 1934 in Yakima, Washington to Joseph and Gladys (Lancaster) Kolma. Marc attended Toppenish High School in Toppenish, Washington. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Marc worked as a bar tender at the V.F.W. in Yakima, Washington for 30 years - retiring in 1999. He was a member of American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Eagles - all of Yakima, Washington. He was an avid coin collector. Marc is survived by daughters - Helen Young of Napa, California, Vera Hedrick (& husband, Dennis) of Port Orchard, Washington, Romona Dixon (& husband, Clark) of Chehalis, Washington, Alice Wade of Edgewood, Washington, Cheryl Pick (& husband, Dean) of Kelseyville, California; sister - Thea Friss (& husband, Richard) of Yakima, Washington; 6 grandchildren (Tiffany Turner, Mitchal Turner, Rodger Young, Renee Young, Chris Young, Charlee Kolma); 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: daughter - Darline Kolma. A memorial service is pending in Yakima, Washington.
