Marcella Hunsaker

Marcella J. Hunsaker of Port Orchard, Washington died January 26, 2005 in Bremerton of natural causes. She was 89. She was born January 21, 1916 in Hawarden, Iowa to Ervin J.Sr. and Gladys (Jaco) Waterman. Marcella married Rex Hunsaker June 5, 1935 in Burke, South Dakota. He died in 1977. She graduated from Hawarden High School in Hawarden, Iowa in 1934. Marcella was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening (flowers and vegetables), baking, cooking and late night movies. She was a member of Port Orchard Eagles Auxilary; and, enjoyed bowling in previous years. Marcella is survived by sons - Gary Hunsaker (& wife, Esther) of Port Orchard, Farrell Hunsaker (& wife, Lynne) of Port Orchard; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: brothers - Ervin Waterman, Eldon Waterman and Robert Waterman. A funeral service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bremerton, Washington.
