Margarita (Margie) was born 15 July 1953 to Daniel and Margaret Carabarjal in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She would spend a lot of time with her Grandparents, growing up. Eventually moving to California and settling in Sun Valley, in the San Fernando Valley. She met her husband Jack Torbron in 1970 and they were High School sweethearts. After High School they went their separate ways. Jack and Margie reconnected 30 years later. After a long-distance relationship, they married, and Margie moved to Bremerton Washington. After moving to Bremerton, Margie got involved in the community as a volunteer. She started with a Girl Scout Troop of 5 girls, eventually the troop became a troop with 32 girls. She moved on to volunteer with the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce, Arm Forces Day committee, Executive Board for the Kitsap 911 Memorial Project, Event coordinator, and the Bremerton Central Lions Club, which held many of the chairs, including President and C19 Zone Chair. She was voted by the community as Volunteer of the Year in 2013. In High school she collected foot powders, socks and other toiletries for the soldiers fighting in Viet Nam, during Iraq war she collected Cell Phones for soldiers which one Nephew was a recipient. She was a patriot. She is survived by her husband Jack, sons, Marc Garley, Frank Garley, Jorge Crume, daughters, Maria Gray (Chris), Melissa Landeros (Romaldo Ek), Stepchildren Stephanie Torbron, Jason Torbron (Hollie). 12 Grand Children, 6 Great Grand Children, and her Uncle Raymond Scott, many Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces, and Nephews, and Great, Great Nieces and Nephews. She was proceeded in death by her sisters Magdalena Carabarjal, Martha Crume (Deloy), Marta Carabarjal, her mother Margaret Miller. A celebration will be held at a later date.
