Maria Ada Hocog, 62 of Port Orchard, died in Bremerton on June 5, 2008. She was born in Saipan, CNMI to Jose & Candida (Ada) Hocog on March 15, 1946. Maria was a homemaker whose greatest accomplishment was raising her children as a single parent. She enjoyed puzzles, cooking & baking, window shopping, and dancing & singing along with family. She lived her life to the fullest even with obstacles. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church and the CNMI Club. Surviving are daughters Virginia (Pat) Tudela of Port Orchard and Bonnie (Flint) Reyes of Tacoma; son Carlie Reyes of Corcoran, CA; grandchildren AJ, Derrick, Naomee, Joseph Lealani, Kiani, Patrick Jr., Felicia, Jonathan, Breanna, Branden, & Jonavan; great-grandson Shaun Ashton; brothers Francisco (Juana) Hocog & Miquel Hocog, both of Tinian, CNMI, Estanislao (Bernie) Hocog & Jose (Sinforosa) Hocog, both of Port Orchard; sisters Juana (Lino) Lizama & Luciana Hocog, & Fel (Gil) Borja, all of Port Orchard, & Diana (Arsene) Borja of Tinian; & sister-in-law Pat Hocog of Saipan. She was preceded in death by daughter Christine Tudela, brother Antonio Hocog, & grandson Shaun Reyes. Visitation from 9:00am to 2:00pm on June 13, 2008 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, followed at 3:00 pm by a Graveside service at Twin Firs Cemetery in Belfair.
