Marilon "Lisa" Wischhoefer, 45, died Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at her residence in Port Orchard. She was born to Lonnie and Marilois "Mel" (LeRoy) Haughton April 11, 1957 in Morton, Washington. She later moved with her family to Kitsap County where she graduated from East Bremerton High School. Lisa attended Olympic College in Bremerton where she received a nursing degree in 1991.She has been a registered Nurse for the last 12 years. Most recently, she was working as a high risk labor and delivery travel nurse in Everett, Washington.Her interests included her many friends, families, extended families including people in the nursing profession nationwide. She also enjoyed scrap booking, geneology, and computering. Lisa was a member of the Port Orchard Eagels #2338.Lisa is survived by her fiance', John Hamre of Port Orchard; mother, Marilois "Mel" Johnson of Port Orchard, sons; Thomas and Adam Wischhoefer, both of Port Orchard, brothers; Lonnie L. Haughton and wife Maribeth of Ketchikan, Alaska; Doug Haughton and wife Sandy of Allyn; Jerry Haughton and wife Katrina of Kernville, California; sister, Sue Vanden Bos and husband Roger of Port Orchard; maternal grandfather, Wade LeRoy of Morton, Washington who just celebrated his 104th birthday. She also has 2 nieces and 4 nephews, 1 grandniece and 1 grandnephew, numerous cousins, aunts and uncles and many many friends.She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie E. Haughton.A Celebration of Life will be held at the Port Orchard Eagels #2338 Thursday, March 27, 2003 from 6 to 10 P.M. at 4001 Jackson Ave., Port Orchard, Washington.
