Mark Jones

Mark John Jones 37, died at his home in Seabeck, Washington on October 27, 2006. He was born on November 27, 1968 in Bremerton, Washington to William J. & Linda H. (Shield) Jones. He graduated from Central Kitsap High School in Silverdale, Washington in 1986. Mark married Shannon S. Sidick on November 14, 1992 in Reno, Nevada. Mark worked as a framing contactor for 12 years in Kitsap County, framing new homes for local builders in and around Kitsap County. Mark enjoyed dirt bike riding, off roading, hunting, fishing, and coaching Little League Baseball for his children. He attended Crosby Chapel in Crosby (Holly/Seabeck area). He is survived by his wife Shannon of Seabeck; parents William & Linda Jones of Bremerton; son Sam E. Jones (7) and daughter Chayse M. Jones (10), both of the family home; sister Patricia (Randy) Olmstead; grandmother Lorraine Shield of Bremerton; nephews Joseph Benson of California, Ehren Benson of Yakima, Washington, Evan Benson of Grapeview, Washington. He was preceded in death by grandfather Fred Shield and uncle Don Forsmann. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 12:00 noon at the Crosby Chapel in Crosby, Washington. Private interment at Forest Lawn Cemtery in Bremerton, Washington. Memorial donations may be made to Crosby Chapel.
