Mark Andrew Tweit

Mark Andrew Tweit, 71 of Port Orchard, WA died May 22, 2014 in Gig Harbor, WA. Mark was born January 17, 1943 in Aberdeen, WA to Bessie (Tabor) and Noroff Tweit from Wallum, ND. He graduated from Hannaford HS in 1961.
Mark worked as a pipe fitter most of his adult life where he retired from the University of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents Noroff & Bessie Tweit, his brother Lawrence Tweit and nephew Glenn Tweit.
He is survived by his wife Linda Tweit; sons Scott (Sherelonn) Tweit of Port Orchard, Samuel (Brenda) Tweit of Spokane, WA; daughter Leslie Tweit of Port Orchard; grandchildren Justin Herrera of Floresville, TX and Brittany Tweit of Pensacola, FL; nephew Dale Tweit of Ely, MN.
Mark enjoyed collector automobiles, if not restoring them he loved to view them. His annual vacation was attending “Hot August Nights” in Reno Nevada. His Sunday dream was going to the casino to hit it rich one day. He also loved to travel; his favorite destination was the Redwoods of Northern California.
