Marlene Simpson

Marlene Simpson was born in San Pedro, CA May 15, 1936 to Valentine and Thelma Aquino.  She was raised in Port Orchard, WA and graduated from Bremerton High School.  Marlene was a seamstress and interior decorator.  She married Charles Simpson in 1955 in Bremerton, WA.  Marlene is survived by mother Thelma Aquino, husband Charles Simpson, son Rick Aquino, brother Jack Aquino, sisters Gloria Payawal, Mary Takas, grandchildren, Rebecca, Mikel, and Jeffrey Aquino, and 1 great grandchildren.  Services will be Tuesday Dec. 29 at 10:00 a.m. at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, WA.  Interment at Sunset Lane Cemetery will follow the ceremony.
