Marvin Heuer

Marvin R. Heuer, 66, of Port Orchard died March 21, 2003 at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton.He was born on May 3, 1936 in Denver, Colorado to Harry B. and Beulah (Wyatt) Heuer.He married Sanae (Udea) Heuer on July 20, 1974 in Port Orchard.Mr. Heuer served in the U.S. Army for 20 years then became a mechanical engineering technician at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for 19 years before retiring February 26, 1993.He was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic church. His interests included Cabrini ministry, Eucharistic ministry and he was president of Olympic District Council The Society of St. Vincent DePaul.He is survived by his wife, Sanae Heuer of Port Orchard; Sons-Tony Heuer of Shelton, Cory Heuer of Silverdale and Kary Heuer of Belfair; Brothers-Bernard Heuer of Tenino and Ron Heuer of Port Orchard; Sisters-Patsy Gray of Fort Stockton, Tx, Michelle Perez of Guam and Melanie Campbell of Poulsbo; and seven grandchildren.A Rosary will be said at 7pm Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at Rill Chapel. A Mass will be at 11am on Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard.
