Mary Louise Christie

Mary Louise Christie, 84, formerly of Port Orchard, died at her daughter’s home in Orting May 25th. She was born September 19, 1930, in Bremerton, Washington.
On February 14, 1948, she married Calvin W. Christie in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Christie passed away in 2007.
She enjoyed camping, traveling, gardening, canning, crocheting, dancing, and attending her children’s sporting and musical events.
Survivors include brothers, Howard Williams of Seattle, Edward Sage of Wenatchee, sons Jerry Christie of Los Angeles, California, Stan (Diane) Christie of Curlew, Washington, Matt Christie of Arlington, Washington, Cliff (Terry) Christie of Bovill, Idaho, Jim Christie of Bellingham, Washington, and a daughter, Nancy (Rick) Rowden of Orting, Washington; 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin and a sister, Louise Dietz.

Services & reception will be 11am Saturday, May 30th at Rill’s Life Tribute Center followed by a graveside committal at Sunset Lane Cemetery.
