Maxine L. Farmer, 89, of Allyn, Washington died at her home June 8, 2003. She was born December 19, 1913 to Lucille Goodboe and Charles Nichols of Stevensville, Montana.She married Thomas J. Farmer in Riverside, California in 1942.She was a homemaker and family matriarch. She was a past member of St. Margaret's Guild at Prince of Peace Belfair, Washington and the League of Women Voters in Mason County.She is survived by two daughters Beverly J. Potter of Seattle, Washington and Patricie E. Hardin of McChord Air Force Base, Washington; son Thomas J. Farmer Jr. and Daughter-in-Law Jean F. Farmer Jr. of Allyn, Washington; brothers GErald Nichols of Alberton, Montana and Robert Nichols of Livingston, Montana; seven grandchildren and five great grand children.She was proeceded in death by her husband in 1969.A rosary service will be held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard June 11, 2003 at 6:00 p.m.Interment is at Holyrood Catholic Cemetery in Shoreline, Washington.
