Michael Jackson

Michael Douglas Jackson, 39 of Port Orchard, died at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington on January 22, 2001. He was born in San Francisco, California on October 29, 1961 to Douglas & Kathleen Carol (Sullivan) Jackson. He graduated from Upperlake High School in Upperlake, California in 1980 and attended Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, California.Mr. Jackson worked for 15 years for the South Kitsap School District in grounds maintenance. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.Surviving are his father Douglas Jackson of Port Orchard; and sisters Deborah L. Remme and Catherine Jackson of Sacramento, California. He was preceded in death by his mother Kathleen ''Mom''.Memorial Service at First Lutheran Church in Port Orchard on Saturday, January 27, 2001 at 11:00am.
