Michael Tifft

Michael L. Tifft, 53, died at his home in Port Orchard, WA on December 27, 2011.  He was born November 14, 1958 in Minneapolis, MN to Lowell & Maureen (Wendorf) Tifft.  He married Elizabeth Doblon on June 27, 1986 in Agana, Guam. Michael retired as a Boatswains Mate 1st Class from the U.S. Navy in 1996.  He enjoyed camping, fishing & gardening.  He loved animals and he would adopt anything! Surviving are wife Elizabeth of 25 years; Daughter Emelita Tifft; mother Maureen Wendorf; brother Brian Tifft; sister Kathy Tifft; and grandson Jordan Aubrey. Public viewing from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 4th at Rill’s Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.  Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2012 also at Rill’s Life Tribute Center.
