Michael Thomas Trefethen

Michael was born in Bremerton, WA March 20, 1961 to Patricia Ireland and James Trefethen. He attended South Kitsap Schools his whole life and graduated in 1980.
He was a whiz with numbers and came close to earning a degree in Accounting. He worked for his dad for many years, and Bremerton Business College before it went out of business. Due to health issues Mike had a real issue with the out of doors. Mike didn’t have an enemy one and made friends easily. He never refused a friend entry into his home. Even when he probably should have. If you needed something, were hungry, needed to use the phone, Mike never said no. At the time of his death Mike hadn’t been well for some time. He battled asthma his whole life, and had problems with his kidneys as well as his bladder. His doctors had him on numerous medications.
Mike you were the smartest man I’ve ever known. Who am I supposed to ask the really hard questions now? I can only cry. You are so missed, and we feel so empty without you. I love you so much my brother Moms son…. Until we see you in heaven. We hold you in our hearts.
