On October 14, 2023 the original “rapper” quietly and peacefully decided to go Home. She was born in Illinois and raised in Arizona. She ‘newborn adulted’ in California before deciding Washington was her forever place, where she resided for the next 43 years.

She served 37.5 years as a well-versed and exemplary civil servant for the Department of the Navy while solely raising her daughter, Rhonda Long. The time came when she also helped raise her grandson, Jesse Hester. She is survived by both.

She touched many people in her lifetime. She is loved by many and will be missed in this world.

Reception services will be held at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard on November 10, 2023 from 1-3pm until her remains are spread across the Olympic Mountains per her wishes.
