Mildred Agnes Fulton was called home to heaven by her Lord on May 19, 2023 in Gig Harbor, Washington.
Born to Benjamin and Martha Kinkade on October 23, 1931 in Grandview, Washington, her family moved to Snoqualmie and then to Kent. She graduated from Kent-Meridian High School in 1949 and married Richard Fulton in 1950. Dick and Millie started their family in King County, moving first to Renton and settling in Port Orchard in 1962. Bethany Lutheran would be their church home for life.
Millie enjoyed bowling and sewing. She also enjoyed extensive travels with her husband following Dick's retirement, visiting many locations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. She loved visiting with family and treasured every visit from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Millie was preceded in death by her husband Dick, parents Benjamin and Martha, siblings Glenn, Dorothy, Elmer and Margaret, daughter Dona, and great-grandson Tyler.
Millie is survived by sister-in-law Shirley Stegriy, children Dolores (Dennis) Morrison, David (Bernice) Fulton, Bill (Barb) Fulton, Don (Donna) Fulton, son-in-law Jim Tonder, grandchildren Derek, Dan (Sarah), Dwaine (Bethany) Morrison, Nicole Adams, Gavin (Alexandra) Fulton, Jessica (Kory) Ambrose, Josiah (Hannah) Fulton, Peter (Heather), Scott (Shelley) Tonder, Molly (Ethan) Basse, great-grandchildren Tara, Jesse, Alex, Xander, Matthew, Timothy, Mylie, Nicholas, Camden, Reece, Casen, Avery, Tanner, Ruby, Ruby, Camille, Samuel, and great-great-granddaughter Bella.
A memorial service will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church on Thursday, June 15 at 11:00 AM.
