Ning Henderson

Ning A. Henderson, 61 a resident of Port Orchard, died peacefully in her sleep at home on February 26, 2011. She was born in Cavite City, Luzon, Philippines on June 15, 1949 to Marciano and Liwayway (Salangsang) Alduñar, the second of four children. She married Craig Henderson in Yokohama, Japan on August 8, 1973 and they had three children together.She graduated from Cavite National HS and received and Associates Degree from Waubonsee College.  She worked as a food server for South Kitsap School District for several years and also as a manager for Pizza Hut in both Illinois and California for over ten years. She was a member of Adventure of Faith Presbyterian Church and loved her family and her pet dog, Buddy. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Craig; son Chuck Henderson of Port Orchard; daughters Lisa Henderson of University Place, Laura Evans (Jeff) of Port Orchard; brothers Reynaldo and Rodrigo Alduñar; sister Lolita Alduñar all of Cavite City, Philippines and one grandchild Riley Evans. Memorial service for Ning will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Adventure of Faith Church in Port Orchard.
