Norma Jean Puthoff died of natural causes November 16, 2002 at Heartwood in Tacoma, Washington. She was 72.She was born November 27, 1929 in Kokomo, Indiana to Paul and Margaret (Woodard) Smith.Norma worked as a nurse.She was a member of the Catholic Church.Norma is survived by sons - Michael Puthoff of Yuma, Arizona, Dennis Puthoff of Jamesville, Wisconsin and Jay Puthoff of Port Orchard, Washington; and 9 grandchildren.Visitation will be held November 20, 2002 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, Washington.A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on November 20, 2002 at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.
