Norris K. Weese, age 60, died June 27, 1999 in Bremerton, WA. He was born January 15, 1939 in Carbondale, W.V. to Norman and Bertha Weese. He was raised in Gauley Bridge, W.V. where he graduated from high school. He attended Olympic College in Bremerton, WA and completed his education at the University of Washington obtaining a Masters in Accounting, and at University of Puget Sound obtaining a Ph.D. in law. On July 2, 1970 he married Judy Rutherford in San Francisco, CA. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1957 until retiring in 1987 as a Senior Chief Yoman. While in the Navy he received 5 good conduct medals and numerous other awards and medals. His most recent job was working as a Certified Enrolled Agent. He also enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his wife Judy Weese of Port Orchard, WA; sons Rodney Weese of CA., Lenard Lopez of WA., Robert Weese of CA., Scott Weese of WA., Chet Weese of WA., David Weese of WA., daughters Sharron Lopez of WA., Ravena Schwartz of CA., Danita Hoff of WA., brothers John Robert Weese of W.V., Larry Bruce Weese of W.V.; sister Dalma Jean Barber of W.V.; and 14 grandchildren. He was perceded in death by 2 brothers Paul Edward Weese, Norman Earl Weese Jr., and a grandchild Cristin A. Weese. Visitation will be at Rill Chapel July 1, 1999 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard, WA July 2, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA at 2:00 p.m. July 2, 1999.
