Oscola Heath was born April 13, 1938 in El Paso Texas. He came to live in Port Orchard in 1984. Passing at the age of 78 from cancer on February 23, 2017.
He enjoyed seeing his children and grandchildren growing up. Barbeques, football, watching television, and hanging out with his buddies drinking coffee.
Leaving behind three daughters Cindy, Loretta, and Charlotte. Three sons Allen, Randy, and Bill. Sixteen Grandchildren Connor, Jason, Billy III, Jackie, Jack Jr., Mandy, Andvea, Cori, Brittney, Anna, Victoria, Gary, Thomas, Joey, Eric, and Nathan.
He touched a lot of hearts in his life, he will be missed by so many family and friends.
May you Rest in Peace. Services will be held at Rill Chapel Wednesday March 8th 2017 at 1:00 PM, and grave side at Sunset Lane 3:00 PM
