Patrice Martinez

October 18th Heaven gained an angel, but at the same time two kids lost their mother, and 3 beautiful babies lost their yaya. This unexpected tragedy has left us all speechless and incredibly heartbroken.

Patrice was born on September 20th, 1959 in Alderwood Manor/Lynnwood area.

Before she became a hairdresser, she would compete in barrel races with her horse, sadie. She won countless blue ribbons and first place trophy's.

She retired from her career fairly early, only to become a full time stay at home mom to her two kids, Luke and Penny.

She raised her kids with complete love and compassion and was always so selfless when it came to them. She was both a mother and father, and never got nearly enough credit for that.

Patrice was a very inspired, creative artist. She loved to paint.

Another thing she loved was to be surrounded by nature. She had this swinging bucket chair out on her front porch that she spent a lot of time in.

She was such a loving, generous, free spirited, fun, considerate soul. Always thinking of others. She even thought about the wildlife and would feed the ones around her property.

Patrice passed away on October 18th, 2020 of a heart attack in her bed at home.

Even though it breaks our hearts to know we've lost her, It's comforting to know she is out of pain, and now reunited with her mother & father, two brothers, her aunt, and her dogs bella, and prancer.

She is survived by her two kids, and 3 grandchildren.

Gone but NEVER forgotten. A piece of our hearts now just lives in heaven.
