Patricia Dearinger

Patricia J. Dearinger, 81 of Belfair, Washington died on February 28, 2007 in Bremerton, Washington. She was born on March 17, 1925 in Portland, Oregon to Donald & Gale (Goldsmith) Miller. She graduated from Girls Polytechnic High School in Portland, Oregon in 1943. She married John Wesley Dearinger on June 14, 1975 in Vancouver, Washington. Patricia retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse, working in the Intensive Care Unit at Woodland Park and Good Samaritan Hospitals. She also worked as a nurse in private homes in the Portland and Hood Canal areas in dialysis. Patricia enjoyed all outdoor activities, including clamming, crabbing, fishing and hunting. She was a member of the North Mason United Methodist Church in Belfair. Surviving are her husband John; sons John Poukkula, Michael (Colleen) Poukkula, and James (Cheryl) Poukkula, all of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren Jason, Erik & Madeline Poukkula; step daughters Roxanne & Brenda, and stepson John Dearinger. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on March 7, 2007 at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard. Funeral service is 11:00 am on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at North Mason United Methodist Church, 25140 NE State Route 3 in Belfair. Interment will be at Rose City Cemetery in Portland Oregon at 2:00pm on Friday, March 9th.
