Patricia Rockford

Patricia Ann Rockford, 62 of Port Orchard, died August 18, 2000 after a long illness. She was born May 11, 1938 in Vancouver Barracks, Washington to Charles E. & Cecelia (Maczko) Lackey. Patricia married Alvin J. Rockford on November 3, 1960 in Seattle.Pat enjoyed many things during her lifetime including bowling, painting, and music. Nothing was more important to her than watching her children participate in the activities they enjoyed, spending time with her grandchildren, and serving in her church. The Puget Sound Area was Pat's favorite place to live and she often dreamed of a house with a mountain view out of every window.Surviving are her husband; sons Wade and Tim Rockford, both of Port Orchard; daughters Rusty Mae Gilbert and Debbie Jones, both of Port Orchard; and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters Betty Lackey and Frances Swandltrom.A Memorial Service will be held at South Kitsap Presbyterian Church in Port Orchard on Thursday, August 24, 2000 at 2:00 pm.
