Patricia Scheftic

Patricia Ann Scheftic, 55, died at home in Bremerton on April 25, 2008. She was born September 29, 1952 in Dilley, TX to Refugio & Katherine (Castillo) Olivas. She graduated from Apostolic Bible College in Bremerton in 1983 with a degree in Bible Theology. She married Michael J. Scheftic on September 10, 1983 in Bremerton. Patricia was a Pastor's wife who loved the Lord Jesus Christ. She & her husband pastored the Apostolic Revival Church in Silverdale until their retirement in 2007. She taught Sunday School and loved to sing. She enjoyed cooking - especially Mexican food. She loved her family & friends, and was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are husband Michael; son Jason (Lisa Bailey) Stejskal of Bremerton; sisters Catherine (Reynaldo) Gonzalez of WA, Elizabeth Hernandez of KS, Angelita Olivas of WA, Rose Marie (Lionso) Vega of IL, & Caroline Chase (Bill Harden) of WA; brothers Antonio (Victoria) Olivas of WA, Marcus (Lynn) Olivas of WA, & Refugio (Rachel Ziniger) Olivas of WA; grandson Jason Kristopher, Jr. due in 10 days; & dearest friends Steve & Carol McNealy. She was preceded in death by her parents, twin sisters at birth, & great nephew Daniel Hernandez. Visitation April 30, 2008 from Noon to 6pm, & May 1st from Noon to the Celebration of Life Service at 2:30pm at Rill's Life Center in Port Orchard. Interment at Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bremerton.
